Periodically I'd drive the car and the clock would show 12:00, apparently resetting to 12:00 when I started the car. I thought maybe clock module was failing. Since improving the grounds in the car, the clock is working perfectly. It seems with the poor ground, when the car started the clock saw a low enough voltage to reset. Problem solved? Only time will tell. But if yours is behaving as mine did, consider an improved ground.
I had picked up a Honda clock module at the salvage yard for $5 that I was planning on fitting to the D. Now that is one project I can back-burner.:yesss:
