What's weird about this issue is that it didn't do this until about a month back. I packed the trunk really full with stuff for a weekend getaway, and ever since, it's like the hood is acting like it's not aligned properly.
When I go to open the trunk, it's like it's catching on the front once it gets about halfway open. I can open it, but not without it making a noise. What's really strange is that the trunk hood appears to be lined up perfectly. Here is a picture of the alignment of the trunk hood with it closed:

Here is another pic to show the angle at which the hood is catching and contacting what appears to be the fiberglass underbody:

It only seems to be making contact in the very center and not anywhere else. It's almost as if the hinges may have moved or something. Any ideas what is causing this and how to fix it?
