This is a bit strange but I'm hoping someone recognizes this lower arm and can offer some advice. They are not a design I've ever seen. I think I know what it is, but I can't be sure and the current owner didn't install them.

You'll see the problem in the photos.

These are obviously an aftermarket arm. Questions:
1 - What arm is this?

2 - Note that the inner bushings are coming out, actually the arms have moved forward on the bushings to the point where they hit the frame toward the front of the car. The bushings do NOT appear to be OEM, they appear to be a simple hunk of rubber pressed in with nothing to keep them there. Both sides have the same failure.

3 - If you know anything about these arms, will OEM bushings press-fit or are these designed to use only proprietary bushings?

4 - What was supposed to keep the bushings in place? The OEM bushings are vulcanized to the steel sleeves and the steel is pressed in. This appears to be rubber pressed in place directly to the arm with nothing but friction between the rubber and steel to hold it there.

I don't see any point in taking the arms off the car and simply pressing the bushings back in place, as there is nothing to keep them there.

Overall arm:

99% sure they are henninger arms

Either a cross from something else or proprietary (contact Byrne)

I think this is one of his early iterations as accordning to his websites the new ones come with:
"Rear pivot urethane bushing with steel sleeve inserts, plus , two 7/16" I.D. steel washers for added safety feature. Primed and painted for rust resistance. "

It would appear the after thought washers didnt make it to this customer.

Yeah, they do look like Henninger's. I'd give him a call or shoot him an email for some help. I don't think he checks the forums too frequently.

I don't see how washers would help. The arm walked off the bushing. The bushing is still perfectly centered in the frame. Unless the washers are huge in which case the LCA will rotate metal-on-metal as soon as it starts moving.

If they are stock ID size I'll either need to use the Poly bushings (they have an outer lip on the bushing to prevent this) or OEMs if they will press-fit reliably.

Looks like OEM/repro 100154 bushings will press-fit just fine.

Here's a better photo of the issue. Both sides look like this. This is how it came off the car.

The OEM style bushings have the rubber vulcanized to a steel sleeve that is then pressed in to the arm, it isn't just rubber pressed in to the arm with no adhesion.

I hope this design was fixed later. Pretty beefy-looking arms otherwise.
