If your Delorean has never had its exhaust manifold gaskets changed, both sides are due. The OEM ones are made of crappy material. The newer Volvo ones are the crush metal kind. The hard part is removing the manifolds due to the likely poor condition of the studs. If you aren't up for a lot of hard work, you're going to be very upset.

Yup and if it's not both its probably most definitely the driver's side.

Figure on doing both sides. The only way to do this job is with an acetylene torch on the nuts and studs. Figure on replacing the studs and nuts. The venders sell a kit. Use a lot of Never-Seize when you reassemble. You will also have a lot of trouble with the studs on the cross-over pipe. If the car was driven a long time with the leak you may have to have the exhaust manifolds ground flat.

Thanks for the info.I will do a check and get the parts ordered up.I will check the manifolds to see if they need to be reground.
