Hey, all, since I really don't want to strop the interior to locate, I'm hoping someone can point me to where the heater control valve vacuum line is routed inside the car. I see the nylon line is still attached at the valve, but is suspiciously missing from its corresponding port inside the car. I dont see it anywhere near the empty plug either. I put the mode switch on max and low and behold I all of a sudden have a lean condition. All I need to do is locate the missing line. Anyone know the factory routing from where it enters to the port on the hose by the recirc door?

Goes up the driver's side of the center console. You're going to have to pull out the console. 2 bolts in front, 2 in front of the window switches, 2 under the rear coin tray.

The hard plastic line runs alongside the center (inside the console) to the vacuum tank inside the driver's side rear pontoon.
At the front the hard plastic line connects to a soft rubber hose that goes to the mode switch.
If you get a lean condition after switching to max or low (I presume A/C) then either the mode switch is leaking at those connections (lines or valves) or the mode switch rubber that makes selection possibly may be defective (common cause).
In either case you should be hearing some hissing sounds from behind the console.
DMCH has a rebuild kit for this rubber (K114752).
