Another D on tv

So I was watching Nickelodeon with my Daughters and they were watching Drake and Josh Xmas special and towards the end of the movie a D shows up for a scene at a parade. They show it pull up, one of the characters gets out then they show it drive off leaving the license plate spinning.

Yeah, the video quality is low and the sound isn't very good. I didn't want to look for which video part had that scene for very long. Lazy me.
