Fan not working.

The fan run´s with no problem on all speeds 1-4, except when i switch to vent, heater or defrost. Any ideas what to look for ? The electrics seems okay as far as i can see. I have no other electrical issues on the car... yet8)

Check the three wires on the back of the mode switch. The red needs to be in the center with the green/white and green on either side.

Ive seen the electrical contacts on the mode switch fail in the past, typically inside the unit. You may see that your wires are fine and if that is the case you need to pull the switch, pull it apart and inspect the contact areas.

I know there some wire color differences depending on the year... Mine uses Light Green, Light Green-White, and Pink-Orange. If the Light Green and Pink-Orange wires are swapped, that is exactly how it would act. (Easy check- Assuming the AC works, the compressor would kick in when the Mode Switch was in any position other than OFF)
