D at Bridgepoint Education?

Anyone know who has a D with the license plate WSTNTME? Or something like that? Saw it the other day by Chik-Fil-A in Carmel Mountain Ranch, and lo and behold it's in my work's parking structure this morning.

There was a D with a plate similiar to that at the San Diego British car show a few months ago. Don't really remember the guys name though.

Time bender.. The car was borrowed by my dad's friend who restored it with him as part of a deal. when you saw it down near san diego it was probably my dads friend, however my dad is "Jeff K" if you were curious.

It's been a while. I saw it at the Bridgepoint office a few times but that was over a year ago.
