Is there a RPM relay crossover part #?

I am looking to pick up a RPM relay today. Is there a cross over part number so I can get one from a local auto parts store?

No. You can temporarily jumper it out so you can drive it but you MUST be careful to make sure the key is OFF when the motor is not running.

The vendors all have them and they're pretty reasonably priced, too. If you aren't getting an upgraded solid state one, I'd buy two just so you have a spare on hand in the car.

I wouldn't bother getting an old one. I've got "Bitsyncmaster's" updated solid-state relay and have 0 complaints. I don't imagine it'll ever have to be replaced in the near future. It runs cooler, if not just plain cold. Why stick with the old tech when you can update? I believe he's still working on some other updates, like for the fans and a few other things.

Agreed, I run his solid state relay as well. The reliable fuel pump prime at key-on (my OEM and spare original style relays didn't do this reliably) was worth the money right there, but never having to worry about it dying is sure nice too.

Dave's RPM also primes after you kill the engine to help retain rest pressure for warm starts.

The unit can prime (runs a half second every hour for three hours) if you jumper select that feature.
