VIN number not listed on vin list

The car i'm looking at 3827 is the only vin that's not listed on the vin list factory sheets on the internet. It skips from 3826 to 3828. What are your thoughts? Is it one that escaped the factory?:/

No, it's not the only one missing - there are many that the location is unknown, especially the 82s and 83s.

Add the location here and it will get added to the list
