Just confirming we're not doing the St. Patricks Day parade in ATL this year

Seeing as it's 2 weeks away, and it's one week before our meeting at Jai's, I figure no one's interested in this, right? We would have to be registered already I think as of Feb 1st anyway. Watch this year be a nice day with good weather, too.

It would figure that this year would yield perfect weather. I have no plans to do anything that weekend, planned it as such, so no I wont be there and I doubt the club has a spot in the parade. If anyone goes please take lots of pics.

For the record, it's wet and rainy at my house this morning. Wouldn't have been happy driving the clean car downtown.

Sure, it's nice now, but we would have been driving down the parade in rain splattered cars, and people would've been laughing at us.

I'm at the Gwinnett Arena atm with about 1000 high school robotics competition kids. Geek Central High  We should have organized a drive-by for a few SEDOC cars here instead.

On second thoughts maybe not - we would have been mobbed :)

I have vowed not to plan the St. Party's day parade any more. Terrible weather every time I plan it and a waste of money when the clouds roll in. Still one of my favorite events though! So much fun!

Yeah, I ended up at the parade anyway and it was perfect! Seems a group of stainless wings is the crux of St.Patrick.

I did see a few anime pixies walking around but then again I also saw about 50 starwars characters, two star trek characters and a band of merry folk from the Renfest.
