Steering bushing

Hello!
My passenger side wheel has a lot of play in the steering, and watching Martin's video here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffLRDUxevPA) at around 16:20-17:40 he talks about a plastic bushing that is probably the culprit. I don't see it in the parts manual. Is this an available part? Does the whole steering rack need to be removed to replace it?

It's inside the rack and as far as I know it is not available from an vendor. Pull the rack to replace.
