DMCTalk Name Tag for Car Shows and Meetups

I know a lot of names from the forum but they aren't real names, they're our nicknames. I'd like to suggest we make up Name tags that contain something like
DMCTalk Lenny (my username)
then on the next line my icon (banjo picking Woodstock) and a QR code with email address
on the last row our Real name we want to be called.

What do you think? It would help us recognize each other at Celebration, and the Delorean car show, etc.

+1, i would really like this for DCS. i mostly know everyone by their avatar picture (which are usually fairly anonymous), so it would be helpful if we could know with whom we are conversing when we meet IRL.

if nothing 'official' pans out im at least going to print out my screen name and avatar pic and tape it to my shirt. :hihi2: it would be nice if we could figure something out as a group though.

Something like this would work well for DCS, but since there are so few of us @ Celebration, there's really no reason anyone should be able to not talk to everyone.

I suggested this some time ago, I'm all for this. Good idea to have the avatar with it, it helps.
In Gettysburg they had a serious sized card with a lanyard or how is this called. Why don't we glue this on the back side of it? (take some tape with you or self adheasive transparent sheets) and wear the card in reverse.

If the organisation could tell the size of the card, I can print this at home at the correct size.
I hope many people do this.. Pass it on!!!!

I am a member of a Tbird car club in Virginia and one of our members made nice plastic name badges with a photo of the owners car with his/her name and the club name on the tag. The tag is approx 3' x 2" and has a really nice magnetic clip on the back so it will go on most any fabric and not damage the material. She is making a DeLorean badge for me and may be interested in making others if anyone is interested. Not sure on the price but probably under $15. She can put most any photo on the badge. All I did was send her a photo (cell phone) and tell her what I wanted the badge to say. Its a very professional looking badge.
