Someone stole my radio and left this behind

I've been putting this off for awhile, wasn't too excited about having to mess with any cut wiring after my radio was taken, but apparently the way these have been wired up is the speakers have their own seperate wiring, notice the black and red, but then theres a few other wires, I'm assuming just the ground, aux and battery.

Also... I took the vents off because I was not getting any airflow from the center vents, and I discovered that those flaps don't move, no matter what setting I have it on.

There is a vacuum actuator to the right of the radio that opens that flap. They either broke it, or knocked the vacuum hose off the acutator or the mode switch.
