Guys what do I do with my brown/yellow wire on this alternator?
Which pin does it go to?

I will go check my notes as I asked him this question once - but you need his connector, as it has a diode potted into it. I don't know the polarity or specs on it or you could probably replicate the functionality, but IMHO you should give him a call and just ask him to send the pigtail. I know that might be a hassle given your location though.

OK, here you go - it looks like it will be the third one from the top in your second picture. I drew this diagram based on my connector and his description over the phone and used it to test my regulator, so it worked on mine. Again, I know for certain he has components potted into his wire pigtail so you may not get this to work without it.
