nead help,first run with my newly buy delorean , car have a bad idle

i nead you help on this,

my delorean newly buy delorean run at 900 rpm . very good idle no up and down....i'm happy but after maybe 5 min the rpm go up to 2800rmp-3000rmp and stay there for maybe 3 or 5 min.

after it.'s go back to 900 rpm and after 2800-3000 rpm....and after ...

its like something asking the system to get the rpm higher.:headscratch:

my a/c is not working.....i have some gaz on the system but i dont know how many....( i plan to fix it later).....maby it's related because the compressor is not running....any advice on this is very welcome

It sounds like the car warms up and the idle shoots up, does that sound correct?
If you "blip" the throttle during this time, does the idle go down at all, or does it stay at 2800-3000?

If the A/C is not running, the system refrigerant is either too low or the compressor is disconnected from the electrical system. I'm voting on low refrigerant.

if i blip the throttle when the rpm is at 2800-3000 rpm , it will go higher and go back to 2800-3000rmp

it's like the ecu is compensate for something

This is what it acts like if the ECU is disconnected from the thermistor. Check to see that both plugs of the ECU are firmly plugged in.

It is the black ECU behind the driver seat.

The idle should be holding at 775 RPM. If your seeing 900 then your idle system is not in control. Your curb idle may be set to high. Your idle switch may be not working or your throttle cable is to tight.

Does the RPM slowly increase from 900 to 2800 or does it do it suddenly? Like Dave said, if the temp sensor is open (yours would be intermitant), expect about 2500 RPM.
