Can somebody tell me the order of the headlamp assembly?

Does de L1 starts at the left or the right of the of the LH assembly?
Is it LH (L1-L2) and RH (R1-R2)?

huh?

Please re-state the question...not sure what exactly you're asking. If it's the arrangement of the bulbs, the combination beams are on the outside & the hi-beams are on the inside, closest to the grille.

If it is headlights you want just bring em into AutoZone. They stock the exact Sylvania replacement and I believe its only $10 a headlight.

If your talking about the actual lights, I believe it's (2-1) (1-2) that's looking from the front of the car. (2 being high beam, 1 being low beam)

Its about partnumber 105713 and 105714, the RH & LH headlamp HSG assy.

I took it apart to paint against rust.
the 2 + 4 parts have a label; RH, LH, L1, L2, R1; R2

HSG = Housing.
All lamp unit housings are the same for one side of the car.

Look at the adjusting screw, this screw slides into the open slot.
Top and left side for for the right side units, top and right side for the left side units.

Unless of course you have a carberator... :hysterical:

You can tell which is which by looking at the inner (2-pin) and outer (3-pin) bulbs. Look at the corners. You'll see each has 3 small corners and one fat one. The position of this fat corner matches a fat recess in the bucket. Knowing this, it's impossible to assemble them wrong
