upper control arm bushings

Apparently the upper control arm bushings are not available from DMCH unless you buy the actual control arms?
Does anyone sell these bushings separately? I didnt see them on Special Ts site either.

I talked to Hervey about this a while back and I believe he said he can rebuilt it (with new bushings and balljoint) cheaper than what DMCH sells theirs for without the balljoints.

DMCEu has them in polyurethane....

Ironically these are more expensive than a new control arm.
