Recently, my seat back broke. It wont stay up in the "locked" position. The dial itself works and I'm curious as to what mechanism helps hold it up. Im assuming that the lever on the side is connected to a rod which locks on a tooth at the bottom, but correct me if I'm wrong. I tried taking it apart to identify what is problem is, but I cant seem to find what the lever is connected to, nor do the parts diagrams help. Any ideas?
