Glove box torsion bar. A simple fix?

Hi everyone. I know this is a simple question but please humor me. When I purchased my DMC, the prior owner had removed the glove box and glove box torsion bar but then put the glove box back on w/o the bar. I have tried my best to figure out how the bar is supposed to fit on the glove box but the answer escapes me. It would be easy if I had a visual to see it properly installed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I don't have a picture, but I can try to describe it... the straight bit hooks behind the leftmost hinge, through the front. The folded end goes behind the rightmost hinge. There's a "bulge" in the hinge that the folded end of the bar fits into perfectly.
