Have an easy way to remove the rear quarter glass? My razor knife is taking forever.

Yes, you can ask username videobob how he does it. He uses a hammer and smashes it into little pieces.
You asked how and that is the simplest way I know. LOL.
Honestly I wish videobob wouldn't do that but in the interest of converting a DeLorean to a Back To The Future car that is what he does since the BTTF car does not use those rear quarter windows

That's a shame - I know it's probably a time thing and I'm not sure what the inventory is on that glass but... In the interest of respect on conservation I would take the time to remove and re-sell to owners.
I like Bob but I lost a little respect for him over that.
Cheers.

I don't smash it with a hammer...
We use a vibrating oscillating tool to cut it out.
We had a bad one that we smashed on video just for fun.....ONCE.
I have a PILE of them if you need some.
I have all of the parts that remove in big piles.
I have trunk carpet, rear carpet, back boards, exhaust systems, battery covers, lock box covers, rear louvers, rear quarter glass, rear windows, original shaft radio plates, a dented hood, dented fenders (right and left), etc. etc.
We keep all this stuff and it IS for sale, however no one seems to want it as I can hardly give it away.
Everyone wants to "preserve" it but no one wants to pay for it, pack it, ship it, store it, .........

Here is the took I use and one of the best tools you can have:
http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/productImages/300/6b/6bbb8c0a-5216-44d2-8490-05e22bb5ff1a_300.jpg
http://www.ridgid.com/jobmax/
I have two of these and all of the attachments.
The tiny Li-Ion battery lasts a lot longer than you would think.
The ratchet is a life saver when you are working on a car.
Now, if your cheap and have a Harbor Freight handy, you can get the cheapo version:
http://www.harborfreight.com/power-tools/oscillating-tools.html
I have one of these as well as the Dremel version also. I have a lot of these, mostly because I use them so often that it is easier for me to have
extras with the blades on them rather than constantly changing blades.
Good luck.

Video Bob, do you have a list or Site of all the parts you have for sale and prices? Could be a good resource

Thanks for clarifying, Bob.
Like I said, I appreciate the work that you do and I'm glad to hear that you do preserve the parts you remove.
Now I know if I come accross a part that needs replacing, I'll think about if it's something you'd remove in a conversion and come to you first.
Cheers.
