I have John Hervey's Power Pump set up! I was looking through his website if he has a picture of the pump set up with copper pipe, for the return line. Was wondering if it goes the way I think it does!!
Also, on the pump it writes, "20 AMP Fuse Required" I have to install a 20 amp fuse along one of the wires, positive, negative??
Thank you!

The pump circuit is already fused for 20 amps so no need to add another fuse. The return line should work just like the OEM pump.

I looked into the stock fuel pump in the tank, pulled it out! Has some old pipe, and is attached to a hose going somewhere into the tank.
Here is mine, is this correct, the way I put the pipe in??? When the whole fuel pump is installed, I just clamp on the new hoses on top, and on the bottom, I don't connect anything, the hose thats in the tank, because there is no room on it to connect anything.

Is there a baffle for his pump setup? Ideally you want the return hose pouring gas into the baffle. If there is no baffle (bad idea) the hose can just spray downward anywhere so long as it doesn't leak outside of the tank.

Yes, there is a baffle that comes with this kit!
All I am trying to figure out is, did I put the copper pipe in correct?? If so, where do I connect the return hose on the bottom part, doesn't seem that there is room on the copper pipe!
Any info and pictures will deifnitely help!! Thank you!!!

I just remembered this pump is only made for John's strait down pickup. So you will need to direct the return line into a baffle if you have one. If not, just have it drop into the tank. I had mine using the original pickup and baffle.

Here's what I did. This is with the standard pump using his pickup but it should be the same process for his power pump:
Install main fuel line adapter to the pump and torque to spec (I found it easy to leave the wrench stationary and turn the pump until the wrench clicks).
With all old components in the tank removed, install his baffle.
Put the outer bracket on the rubber boot along with the clamp.
Install the return line like you did and install the clamp that secures it inside the boot.
Slide the pump in the boot and loosely clamp (you should be able to move the pump but not have it fall out).
Install the boot assembly into the tank and push the pump until the pickup filter bottoms out. Pull the pump back up about 1/8 of an inch.
Pull the boot assembly out of the tank and tighten the clamp down. When you reinstall the assembly later, the pickup should now be just off the bottom of the tank.
Slide both fuel lines through the cover and clamp the lines to the pump and return line.
Install the boot assembly into the tank and clamp down (I don't secure the cover just yet).
With some gas in the tank, jumper the pump to run.
Verify there are no leaks inside the boot or at the line fittings.
Drive the car and the next time you fill up the tank, watch the boot to insure it doesn't fill with gas. If so, you need to tighten the lower clamp further.
You can now slide the cover down and reclamp the boot.
