consumer opinion section?

I am wondering is there an area for consumer opinions or complaints on this site?Very bothered by the actions of a vendor and i know there are others on here burned by them aswell.Just curious.thanks,

Just let it rip but you don't need to go overboard. Be truthful and realize they might respond with their own side if things.

Just remember that posting complaints here is a last resort. Call the vendor you are having problems with first, most will make it right. As you know, it is a small community so you don't want to risk burning bridges with a vendor unless necessary.

Big +1 on this. Some of our vendors may have... 'unique' ways of going about their business, but none of them are actually bad people. They will at least try to make things right.

Good points, and I agree all good people that perhaps get a bit too busy sometimes. I am going to give it a few more days and hopefully things get corrected. Never had problems with this vendor in past years just recent.
