Door switches, air vent... are those items loose on a lot of cars?

My door handrest area that has the door switches and air vents are fairly loose. Is that normal, or can that be corrected?

There are a number of screws, most of them visible with the top door trim off, that could fix a lot of this for you. The rest is fir trees. (If the door pull handle is loose, it might be a couple of screws that are tricky, but not impossible, to get to.)
