New plug for John herveys one wire alternators.

Anyone know where i can get one?? I have emailed him but gotten no response yet.. mine is starting to break where the wire goes into the plug..

You can pick these up at a local parts house. It's a common GM alternator wiring harness. I got one at O'reilly. Bring the one you have and they'll help you find it.

Dave, can I ask what happened to the one he gave you? I just had the one he supplied with my alternator fail as well, and I just installed the one from the original alternator back into the car, albiet with only one wire connected.

Edit: Silly me, I just noticed that you said it was breaking where it went into the plug. I had the *exact* same thing happen. The wire is very small and the weather packing he put into the plug seemed insufficient to protect the joint.
