Delorean Go-Kart Time Machine

[Felix_29]

I remember a couple of years ago I saw some pictures online of a delorean time machine go-kart that someone had designed and built from scratch. It was pretty interesting and well done and it even had gull wing doors. I have been trying to find the photos again online but I can't. I thought I even remember DMC Texas having the pics on their Facebook at one time in their images section but I can't find it there either. Does anyone know or remember what i'm talking about. If anyone has pics of it they could post even. That would be great.

I did a quick Google Image search and came across a few here (https://www.google.com/search?q=delorean+go+kart&tbm=isch). I believe the one you're thinking of is in the second and fourth results. Looks like that one used some actual body panels excepting the left side. (Those LFFs are mighty expensive for a go kart budget, although so are the other panels. Wonder what VIN they came from...)

EDIT:
Apparently we have a thread on it here (http://dmctalk.org/showthread.php?2972-Delorean-Go-Karts-Anyone-know-about-them), including some pictures.
