Looking for a part for a side mirror....

Hey all,

I'm helping a local owner fix a couple odds and ends. One thing he needs is to fix his passenger side mirror. The rotating part is loose on the fixed part and I believe it's missing a cir-clip. There are a bunch of thin washers strung onto the wiring which I believe is for shimming the mirror so the cir-clip holds it tight. Can't get the mirror parts individually so I thought I'd see if anyone has a junk mirror or parts car and they can hook us up?

Here's a pic of what I see - and he does have the black cover that goes on the bottom of the mirror. I don't know what's all supposed to be in there but I assume it's a cir-clip.

Shaking usually is caused by missing or loose "stabilization" bars.
These are the small red plastic bars that have round ends going into the mirror's base plate.
The other end slides in a square hole in the motor base (IIRC).
Min driver's side mirror shook and after fixing the red sticks the problem was no more.
