Driver mirror not angled same as passanger mirror?

Do all DeLorean driver mirrors angle slightly up as compared to the passenger mirror?

The passenger mirror seems to have the preferred orientation bu the driver mirror, when viewed from the outside, is not "level" across the top and points up. Thoughts,

Maybe what I should ask is if your driver mirror points up a bit and the passenger is relatively flat? Mine points up a bit.

Yes, same on mine. Not much different in the angle relative to the horizon, but different on each side.

Exact same on my car. And I don't think either side is loose. It just appears like the driver's mirror doesn't sit flat like the passenger side does.

I just posted on a "D's in the Wild" photo, and that guy's mirrors looked the same, which made me think of this thread.

Jonathan, your photo catches it quite well. I've often wondered if it was a design flaw, a design flaw that was fixed later or if it was on purpose(but I doubt this). It does give slightly better rear views but I'd prefer a symmetric look.
