So I happened to find an Eagle Premier in one of the salvage yards where I'm on business for a while, and am thinking of grabbing the intake, fuel rails, and such to have around in case I decide to try and convert my car to EFI at some point. What else off the engine suits worth grabbing? I can't just grab the whole engine unfortunately... Thanks!

Well its too bad you can't just grab the whole engine, because thats about what you'd need to do EFI with Premier parts. The intake will not fit our heads. TB is no good without the intake. And while the fuel rails will line up with the stock injector ports, all the mounting ears are useless. So perhaps the rails could still be of some use, but thats about it.

Yeah... Unfortunately I'm roughly 2000 miles from home, and obviously didn't drive out here, so getting the whole engine would be a LOT more trouble than I think it would be worth. But, this is exactly what I wanted to find out.
The manifold won't bolt up to our heads... will the heads work on our engines? I.e., grab the heads, manifold, etc? Would obviously be a decent bit of change to ship home, but still doable.

I make an effort to at least check out the local salvage yards... with several project cars (well, OK- a project car and the D... :P) there's always something I can't find in my local yards and may be able to find elsewhere. That and it's a good, cheap way to kill time and keep me entertained. :)

Yes, the next logical step in questioning. For all practical purposes, no, you cannot use the Premier heads on the B28F block. To do so would require drilling and machining for an odd-fire distributor, as the Premiers have a direct end-of-camshaft distributor for Even fire or none at all (I'm sure a cam position sensor is in there somewhere though). The only other way around this would be to get the EFI controlling a Coil-On-Plug ignition setup for odd-fire. You'll need 6 coils for this, wasted spark will not work. Not worth the effort, especially when I'm sure you could eventually obtain a complete Premier engine in one of your local junkyards.
