Missing or Extra Plug in Relay Compartment

Good Morning, I have discovered an "extra" plug and a taped off part of the harness, within the relay compartment, i have looked at a manual but havent figured out what im missing, or modified. The car seems to run fine without it, so it might not be important, or might be very important in the future.

The plug was found near the rear of the relays, I have posted a pic (hopefully). Can someone verify that i am missing something, or could it be from the factory like this???

I was actually checking for the updated Fan-Fail Relay, which mine is blue and from whatever research i have found that it will need to be replaced, can y'all also back that up? I have heard that it has a 100% failure rate, are there any other relays that should be replaced at the same time??

I have that extra socket on 6679 too - until I work out otherwise I just presume it is one of the provisions for the hover conversion system in a couple of years...

Here is a pic of the actual relays, probably need the DMCH upgrade kit, but any other suggestions??

That extra plug is for the HOT START RELAY. Looks like your relays have been changed and your Fan Fail unit has been removed and jumpered.
