Bolting it on is the easy part. Removing the old, stock system requires significant amounts of swearing, rage, anger, and bleeding knuckles.

Seriously. Having to remove the stock exhaust when I installed my spec 2 system was easily the worst part of the job, if not one of the worst (in an annoying sense) car jobs I have done, second only to replacing the fuel tank in an Elise.

You got such a good deal don't skimp out now. Pay the extra for Ceramic coating. It will look like new for a very long time. Bare Stainless WILL turn dark brown with Heat and usage fairly quickly.

System is already shipped so technically a mute point. On finish options we offer Jet hot coating in two colors. High temp gray and polished chrome. We also offer electro nickel plating which most automotive manufactures are moving towards on stainless header and collector flanges.
