What are people doing for Black interior carpet?

Hey guys,

I am on the re doing my upholstery stage of my car. When I bought my D it had grey carpet, healiners and back area (speakers). Everything is black. I think while I am having everything re done, I want it ALL black. But I only see grey and dark grey in carpet kits. Any advice??

Special T (Hervey) sells carpets in black. Or you could get an upholsterer/interior specialist to custom make some. Personally though, I like the contrast with the black interior with light grey carpets.

What is listed as "dark grey" is what the factory considered "black" and what is in black interior cars.

We (DMC shops) can get you the molded carpet sets made in just about any color.

Careful - I've seen one car with a true black interior and to my eye it just doesn't looks right.
