Hey, my name is Bill, and I'm a blogger for the website Cinema 52 (http://www.cinema52.com). Each of the writers on the site has been assigned one movie to research for the entire year, and I've got Back to the Future (http://www.cinema52.com/cinemanaut-bill/) this year. I'm a huge fan of the film, but I have a sad confession to make... I've never seen a DeLorean with my own eyes.
I'm looking to interview a DeLorean owner who lives in the New England area (or will be in NE at some point before the end of the year) to talk about his or her experiences with the car and, time permitting, actually watch Back to the Future in the vehicle with the owner. (Truly, this seems like the only way to watch it!) I'm based out of Portland, ME and am willing to do all the traveling for such an exciting possibility.
I wasn't sure where to post this, so apologies if this seemed like a "transaction" sort of post. Buying lunch and drinks for the owner is the least I can do for such an incredible opportunity, but other than that, there's no exchange of money here technically, so I apologize to the loyal forum members if this is in the wrong section, but I'd appreciate feedback on where to post it.
In conclusion, I'd love to get a great scoop for my blog on the only way to time travel with style, but hey, why pretend? It's also a huge childhood wish of mine.
Thanks for reading! Hope to hear from one of you or several of you!
