So I got my hands on a NOS windshield (no antenna). Anyone know what this is worth? I know a new one from DMC is $450, but is there any demand for an NOS one?

DMCH does sell NOS windshields as well. That's why they state there is delamination on some of them, IIRC.
So... $450?!

I thought I remembered that about the delamination, but don't see anything about them on the website or pricing so I figured that they were all sold now and are down to just the new ones.

Still lots of options I believe.

Yep, and they're all new repros. I guess I'll have to call DMCH and see what they charge for a NOS one. I'm curious if there's any demand for NOS though.

I still have some NOS windshields here - I show them at $850 but the demand seems to be about zero since the new ones came out.
I think I may have all of these that are left.

Wow, so they're almost double the cost of a new one? Is that for people really bent on concours?

Apparently, but they aren't beating down my door. Typical of what you see when you get to the last 10 in the world of something.

and My NOS in box #12.
Dave,
It's been about a year since the new Glass was made available. What's been the average take up on them? I was guessing about 2 per month or 2 dozen for the year just through your shop alone. Am I close?

I paid nearly 1000 euros for a prestine NOS windshield. (not installed) it was the very last windshield here that had no delamination at all.
Serious money, but some repro's have some faults in the glass, or so I've heard.
I wanted to insure the windshield, but the insurance company does not want to do this for a 30 year old car. I would buy a reproduction windshield now if I had to replace it again.

Jan, you'd love it here in FL then. Full coverage on your car means free replacement on you windshield if you get too many chips or a crack is longer than about 15cm.

Any idea of what the going rate is for a NOS w/ Antenna? There is some slight delamination on the bottom. Just wondering as it is sitting in my basement.

Oh man....
We have snow for the weekend.
Thanks for telling me you just made my day....
Been to Florida 4 times, still gets to me. It is a beautiful state, I love it.
I will take my family to Orlando next year. I'm forcing my 8-year old to learn English meanwhile.
Completely off topic...
