Greetings,
My name is Don Edler, I am a NYC-based artist and I am looking to buy a complete DMC-12 door assembly for a sculpture - I want the entire door with all/most of the interior panels + the glass/door mirror, either side would be fine, but the drivers side would be preferred. I would also need the hinge/hydraulic assembly for the door. I have been looking on eBay but I have yet to find what I am looking for. If anyone is selling a door, or knows of a good place to find a door, or used parts, any suggestions would be appreciated. I would also be happy to pull the door myself if anyone knows of a junked DMC-12. If you know of anything, please feel free to post or message me. Any advice would be appreciated!
I should also say that I do not intend to modify, damage or destroy the door in anyway, so, ultimately, the door will be preserved.
