Ok, so here's the coolant hose leaking, psgr side right above the psgr side inner drive shaft:

17733

I measured the coolant pipe's circumference at 4.75 inch. C = pi*diamter --> diameter of coolant hose= 1.51 inches. Anything too far off with the math there?

Can anyone point out which hose this is at: http://store.delorean.com/c-331-1-3-1-radiatorpiping.aspx ?

I think I'm just going to go ahead and order a set of coolant hoses - because if one's starting to go ....

The brass coolant pipe with the built in transmission cooler is 1.40" in diameter, where all the other aluminum coolant pipes on the car are 1.25" in diameter. Even the pipe on the manuals that dont have the cooler built in are 1.40", probably just for build consistency. Far as I know though, no one who sells rubber or silicone hoses changes anything about that particular hose to make it larger diameter, I think you just have to stretch it. I could be wrong but the last few times I've changed them out I've never noticed a difference.

I dont think that drawing technically shows the hose you want because for some reason it is missing the aluminum line on the other side of that hose (the one that hooks around and also has the port on top going to the coolant bottle).

Still, if yours is bad, this is probably the one you need: http://store.delorean.com/p-6312-hose-intermediate.aspx

The kits that come with the hoses only have like 3 different lengths or something and the most important lengths are at the radiator. The other option is to try an autoparts place in town. Straight rubber coolant hose is pretty generic. Just tell them you want a piece of 1.25" ID hose.

The hose is shown on the drawing as Part ID 63:

but with the incorrect part number. DMCH etc. now has this and the other cooler hose made with the correctly formed larger end. We'll post something when the online number is corrected.

The hose is shown on the drawing as Part ID 68:
