BAE Turbo Mounting

I'm working on a BAE turbo setup and noticed that, with the tubes (#102279) replaced, the Air Metering Unit moves around a lot since the replacement is only held by the hoses going to the turbo.
I don't like it -- Is there some hardware missing or is this normal?

This is normal technically. I have seen a number of fixes that involve a bracket welded to the lower cast unit. heading to the turbo inlet.
