Apparently these are the best ones yet:

Now I have to decide if I can still stomach $200 for a pair. I did pay more than that for my Flux Capacitor though...

Let me know if you get them. I just want to know if they are decent quality when they get there.

I have read that people who got a pair like them especially considering the price, the only thing is the "Nike" letters do not glow. Again, for the price I can overlook that. The home site www.magshoesforsale.com sells them however, I have read from other sites that in the beginning, there wasn't much of a wait, but now if you actually get the shoes at all you are lucky. Ebay is selling them for around 4-6 hundred, but with them you have a better chance of not getting ripped off. Ioffer also has them listed, but like DHgate, most of these sites will at best ship you something...but it will not be what you ordered.

Oh wow, you guys are just finding out about these? There is so much to learn, they have been discussing them for months on the RPF.

Basically, they are put together really well for $200, but there are still some inaccuracies. Mainly the lights, as has been mentioned, but also the toe looks too much like a workman's boot. To get more specific on the lights, the sole ones are LED instead of the proper EL panels (also the wrong color - blue instead of aqua), and the strap does not light up at all (should be EL too). The ankle bubble LEDs do work, but their quality isn't the best. With some work, these can be made to look 98% accurate. I'm working on modding two pair myself right now.

Here is a pair completely finished by a very talented pioneer on the RPF, user "Jedifyfe":

I know these threads are long, but if you're really interested in these shoes they're worth checking out.

Same here. I really wanted a pair of the official Nike ones, but these are actually priced about right. Time to update my Christmas wish list.

I actually didn't care much about the Mags since the initial release was announced that they were limited and I didn't have a chance. If I did get a pair I would have certainly sold them finding out what they are worth. I saw this posted on FB and for the price of $206.84 shipped I figured it was about as good as it was going to get. We'll see if they come in. I see now that all sites are $230-$300 for them so I'm glad I pulled the trigger when I did otherwise it would be outside my range of acceptable pricing. I'll post if/when they arrive, but I think the Youtube videos out there from the experts will likely give a better description. I'll probably wear them around for a few hours to see how they feel walking in them but will put them away until 1045 is back on the road.

I normally avoid Chinese made products as much as I can, but there isn't really another option out there for these. Just got an e-mail that they have shipped so we'll see what happens. I have a pair of Nike ACG's currently that I can compare them to as they are incredibly comfy shoes that I've had for years (went into storage in early '09 and just pulled them out to determine my size.)
