Where Were the Frames Built?

The engines came from Douvrin, the stainless panels from Lapple, and the fiberglass underbodies were made in house......

My question is, where did the frames come from? Who was the manufacturer, and where were they made?

This is something I've always wondered, but I've never seen any information about it.

If I remember correctly in house as well. I believe there is a picture in the sale brochure showing the units welded. Could be wrong though.

The frames were made by GKN as were the wheels.

I love the wheels. But whom ever welded the frames sucked at life and welding equally.
