Hi guys, need any leads or help in getting in touch with lads (Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd) from the movie where Delorean was represented.
I want to get both signatures on thin piece of wood and get it on inside of the wooden car. It might sound unreal for some of you so those who can't
help or are able to criticize for no reason better stay off this thread.

In majority of DMC owners, fans etc., the car is loved coz of movie,without appearance in movie it's just another 80s car.
I want their signatures because I'm big fan of the Delorean from movie and seeing it in real life with or without Back To The Future gear on the car
it always will remind "Back To The Future". If I'm wrong, you live in different time lapse then :D

On the upside, Chris Lloyd seems to love to sign stuff so you can probably meet up with him somewhere and ask him to help you out. But I don't think you're going to find anyone here that's buddy-buddy with either of them that can casually get you a signature. You're gonna have to find them at an event.

A friend's wife works with MJF at Team Fox and not signing has nothing to do with his unfortunate condition. She says he simply doesn't like the idea of something being worth more monetarily just by him signing it so he avoids it. This is what I have been told at least... He will sign things once in a while, but from what I gather it is almost always in connection with his foundation. I'm not giving up though ;) Still trying to get my glovebox signed by him, but no success - so far!

Your best bet would be to contact some of the owners of the BTTF replicas. They might know someone who knows someone. But it is unlikely. Attendance at a Comicon or such would be the best chance of success

If I owe a DMC? I don't mate...still not giving up idea of owing one in future :)

That is good to know. I won't deny the fact that his signature would be valuable asset to my car . If it's that much hassle and if Michael feels bad about increasing value on items he signs then I'll better be off trying to get him sign anything. Although I'd be happy just with idea that one of them would be able to see my car in real life and hear the story behind the build, that would make me really happy.

Different people with different mindset are entitled to their views, that's OK mate.
Until car is not finished I can't promise that I'll sell it or not. It's my first project after all and every single person get's exited once they see in real life different details I make for this car.
No money can buy the moment and surprise you get from people.
