Just wondering who this might be? Only a couple of miles from my house and I really don't know anyone else around here that has one. Saw it on my way out to dinner tonight and it was still there on the way back. It was parked behind the little country store with Delaware plates (couldn't make out the tag). I was going to go up and take a look at it but didn't want to make anyone nervous!
