mirror switch help

Hey I'm a new D owner ( VIN: 6355 ) and my mirror switch doesn't work and is in a bit of a mess.
The L / R switch had fallen in.
I had a fiddle around today and I'm not sure if it's missing apart or what but I can't get it fitting back together.
If anyone could help me out that would be great.

If you try the search you will find lots of stuff about that switch.

You'll also find that it ist easily replaceable by a Nissan 240SX switch.
As it seems you are missing the little balls, springs and stuff you might
wanna consider this.
