The Galpin Ford GTR1, a concept car derived from a 2006 Ford GT, will debut at the Pebble Beach Concours next month.
Although the car appears to have a standard type door hinge, the door itself, which includes a section of the roof, looks
very familiar (like a cross between an original GT40 door, with partial roof section on the door, and like a DeLorean door).

However, the image of the car with the door open looks like the "latch notch" on the door is pointed the wrong way.

Actual photos of the car are said to be "releasing soon", so we shall see what the final version of the door looks like soon.
