I successfully managed to tint the rear windows only because I had the fenders off and could lay them flat. However, I am having difficulty with the doors. Trying to tint with the doors open is an ordeal! Anyone who has managed to do this can you offer any advice? Is it best to remove the seat and sit in the car with the doors shut? Or, just try it again with the doors open? Thanks in advance!

Follow the instructions on the box. ;)
I've only tinted 1 set of windows in my life. I followed exactly what it said to do on the box and it came out GREAT. Never peeled up or bubbled or anything. It was not on a DeLorean though. The only problem I can see it that you need to get the shape just right for the fixed windows. I saw one guy who had his car tinted properly by a shop, so I inspected it to see exactly how they did it. To my surprise, when inspected closely, they had not cut out the piece for the fixed windows all that well in my opinion. I am sure I could have done a better job. But unless you were looking at it closely from the inside, you'd never notice.
So I guess my point is, take your time and do what the instructions say. You'll be fine :)

Yeah, I was careful to follow the directions to a t. It just seems very awkward because its not a normal door window. You cant just open the door and stand next to it and work...lol. anyway thanks for the support. I will press on!
