Where to find plugs?

I'm the kind of guy that likes it when things plug right in, rather than having to cut off plugs and crimp stuff on. There's two plugs in particular that I'm looking for but can't seem to find anywhere:

1) Early Clock plug (the end that goes to the clock itself)
2) Lambda Service Counter plug (the end that goes to the service counter)

I'm hoping to find the plug and a small bit of lead wire for each. I checked British Wiring, but the DeLorean isn't listed and I didn't see it under the generic section. Does anyone know where to find these two? :hmm:

Alternatively you could purchase off-the-shelf plugs to do the job and replace both ends - the clock plugs for instance could be replaced with anything that has four pins.

I've never run across the clock connector anywhere It seems quite unique. You would likely have to cut one from a parts car harness.

The lambda plug is MOLDED male/female bullet connector. That type of connection is relatively common in other applications. I have a new battery maintainer/charger that uses that kind of connection for changing lead ends (clamps or ring terminals) You might find something like that at an auto parts store in the repair connectors area or trailer wiring section.

I thought about that, but I wanted to be able to plug OEM equipment in with no modifications if I decide to revert back. That does give me an idea though: I do have crimp-on one-wire plugs that I could use. If I reverse male/female ends for half of the wires, I could put plugs in between the plug and the car and be able to plug new equipment into that with no extra pieces left over. I'll give that a shot.

On a side note, in trying to find the product page for the plugs I'm talking about (which I couldn't find), I managed to find radio harness plugs:

Both come in white, black, or red. These do not appear to be the same ones DFW-DMC uses in their harness extension, but are very close to it.

I got a new clock connector with my new clock so either the seller had his own made up or there is a source for them. I sold my old clock so don't have the connector from that one.

Hey Shep,

I was in a similar situation where I needed the inertia switch plug.

The reality is that they don't exist except for discarded wiring harnesses. There are some wiring harnesses on ebay. Thats where I found mine.

My old clock works fine though, so I'd like to preserve it intact.
