It's no use diagnosing anything until that fuel leak is fixed. If you haven't already done so, drain the tank completely, clean the sludge from the bottom and remove the pickup and clean the screen. Change the fuel filter, fix the gas leak and then see where you are at.

10 year old gas?
Disassemble the entire fuel system.
As michael said, clean the tank and baffle. Replace fuel filter
Check the pick up hose.
Verify distributor and injector functions.
Get a pressure tester.
Check the WUR.
Do you have a manual? Have you checked old threads for information? This has been covered ad nauseum.
Run a quick search and I think you'll find elaborations on everything above and more!

I'd like to help but I'm having some trouble understanding you. It looks like you're just rushing. If that the case, stop it... It's not our job to decode you. If you're struggling with English that's a different and understandable story.
Run the injector test. 100 psi seems to high. Should run about 75 psi, but maybe someone can back me up on that.
Melted fuse is why your pump stopped. Too much resistance somewhere. Replace it, clean the ground at the rad bracket and measure the voltage at the pump.
