Is SpecialTAuto on vacation?

Tried calling Hervey at SpecialT twice this week. Once on Monday, once today. Phone just rings and rings - no answering machine. Is he on vacation this week? Just wondering if anyone knows.

I've had my best responses with him via email. But that said, he is running a business and should at least have a phone system in place to take messages or make announcements if he is away.

I have had an extensive e-mail exchange with him last week.
Doesn't tell a thing about his whereabouts this week.
However e-mail gives you IMO the better contact and reply options.

I just talked to John thursday.
I called both numbers to reach him; suprisingly it didn't take long.
He said he has been extremely busy; he sent me an extra part I didn't order....

He is a "One Man Show" so if he isn't available you get no one else. A while back he had appendicitis and he was out of touch for over a MONTH! Keep trying. BTW he does other things besides just parts for Deloreans.

I talked to him earlier this week about a couple of orders. He said he had several massive orders that were taking up a lot of his time to fill.

I spoke to him on the phone today at great length. He's just a very busy guy! :) Cut him some slack and keep trying... early in the morning seems best before he gets too engrossed in all the other stuff he has to do.
