A rebuild kit did not solve my problem. I have a melted AC switch. What i need is a complete switch, or this part of the switch.

That's my mode switch, the switch works proper but the outside circuit path are getting hot and burns into the plastic.

Hmmm, well it that case, there are a couple users on here that we're attempting to part out some Ds. Perhaps one of them may have it. Search the for sale section, and in the meantime I'll see if I can track down the ones I'm thinking of.
