Here is what happens when you over tighten the banjo / hollow bolts that connect fuel lines to the distributor

After breaking them I figured this is not an item that is specific to a DeLorean so I would just run down to Autozone and pick one up. Well I was wrong there. First of all, the guy at Autozone (who is always talking like he is an expert mechanic and knows every thing there is to know about cars) thought I was a dumbass when I said that the fuel lines run into and out of the distributor. Any way Autozone did not have it and neither did any other local place. So I looked on the DMC Houston website and saw that they where $11.10 each and I didn't want to pay that much or wait for shipping or drive an hour each way to go pick them up so I was determined to find them somewhere else. After a little internet searching I found a dirt bike racing engine that looked like it used the same bolt. So I went to a dealer here in town but they where out of stock and it would be a week before they could get any in and it would be $6 to $7 each. so I searched some more and found that a 89 toyota 4runner might use the same bolt for its cold start injection. so I went to the toyota dealer and they did not have it in stock but got it within 2 days and it only cost $2.30 each. So I ordered one and waited not knowing if it was even going to be the right bolt. Anyway it came in to day and it fits perfectly. I will have to order a couple more so I can put it back together and know if it works right but it fits very well and my hopes are high. here is a pic of the toyota bolt

Sorry you cant see the holes in this pic but they are there.
here is the part number of the toyota bolt. 90401-08004 it was $2.33 each at the dealer and they had to order them but you can get them online for about $1.50 plus shipping.
