DeLorean Sighting, I-295 Richmond, VA

MY Son sent me a picture of a DeLorean on I-295 around Richmond, VA. It has 6 exhaust pipes coming out the rear and an OUTATIM plate. He said it is a VA plate but it does not look like a standard plate. There is a lot of non-stock engine hardware hanging under the rear facia.

Any one on this list know of the car?

Hopefully someone knows who this is. I want to see more pics of this guys modifications. Appears to have done some serious engine mods.

that design was the first thing to come to mind. i dont really think it works on a D though...
